Return Policy

At The BootLegg Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Restocking Fee

  • A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all approved returns.

Final Sale Items

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Any products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are excluded from this policy.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees, within 5–10 business days after the return has been processed.
