Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

BootLegger Online Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@autods.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
